Most of the PC board greenhouses are of Venlo type and dome-shaped
structure, and there are fewer PC board greenhouses with solar
greenhouse structure. PC board greenhouse greenhouse framework is
generally assembled with hot-dip galvanized light steel structure
using bolts and sealed with special aluminum profiles. The overall
structure of the greenhouse framework is firm, resistant to wind
and snow, the overall steel structure has a long service life, and
can withstand high temperature and humidity environments. As a
covering material for greenhouses, PC sunlight panels not only have
the advantages of good light transmission, strong impact
resistance, good thermal insulation effect, strong environmental
adaptability, and light weight. It also has simple construction,
low maintenance cost, and low transportation cost, which makes the
overall cost of greenhouses lower. It is a material that replaces
plastic films and glass in greenhouses.
Advantage
(1) High light transmittance and uniform illumination.
Due to the characteristics of the load-bearing structure, the PC
board greenhouse greenhouse roof uses PC board with high light
transmittance as the lighting material, and at the same time,
special aluminum profiles are used as the roof beam, which greatly
reduces the cross-sectional size of the roof beam and eliminates
roof purlins. And connectors, etc., reduce the shading of the
entire roof system, and greatly improve the light transmittance of
the entire greenhouse.
(2) The greenhouse has good air tightness.
The PC board greenhouse uses special aluminum alloy and its
supporting rubber strips and injection parts as glass inlay
members, which greatly improves the hermeticity of the
greenhouse.The good hermeticity on the one hand ensures that the
greenhouse loses heat due to convection. Lowering, on the other
hand, provides conditions for good roof drainage. Because PC board
greenhouses often combine a gutter with a small cross section and
the roof on both sides of the gutter to form a roof drainage
channel for the greenhouse, greatly improving roof drainage
efficiency.
(3) Large ventilation area.
The ratio of the roof of the greenhouse with a PC board to the
ground is relatively high. Compared with other types of greenhouses
of the same span, it can have 2 to 4 pairs of roofs in each span,
that is, 2 to 4 ridges and gutters. When the window opening method
is adopted, the same ventilation rate as that of other greenhouses
in the same span can be achieved. When continuous window opening is
adopted, the ventilation rate is doubled. Generally, the
ventilation area of a greenhouse with a PC board can reach about
30% of the area of the greenhouse.
(4) High roof drainage efficiency.
Since the number of gutters in each span of the PC board greenhouse
is 2 to 4, compared with other types of greenhouses in the same
span, the catchment area of each gutter is also reduced by 50% to
83%.
